Crewly is a staff and operations management platform built specifically for Roblox aviation groups.

If your group is managing crew with spreadsheets, tracking discipline in a Google Doc, and handling leave requests in Discord DMs — Crewly replaces all of it with one unified system.

## What Crewly does

* **Syncs with your Roblox group** — members and roles are imported automatically. No manual setup per member.
* **Rank-based access** — every member sees the right tools for their rank. Low rank members see their quota and upcoming flights. Management sees everything.
* **Modular** — enable only the plugins your group needs. Start with Core and Operations, add Quota and Leave as you grow.

## How it's structured

Crewly is built around a **plugin system**. Core is always on and handles the fundamentals — members, ranks, permissions, and audit logs. Everything else is a plugin you enable when you need it.
